It is envisaged that the successful applicant will, in addition to being a competent tradesman, be also efficient in job detailing, be able to converse and negotiate with our customers and have the ability to successfully handle men. Approximately half his time will be employed on job arrangement' and work alllocation with other half spent in practical assistance on the various projects with which he will be associated.
