PA Auckland The Auckland Hospital Board’s abortion clinic is without its operating surgeon, as a result of the resignation of Dr T. P. D. Willcox. The resignation was accepted after a meeting between Dr Willcox and board officials. Dr Willcox’s resignation arose from the refusal of the Abortion Supervisory Committee to make him a certifying consultant. 1
