Writ claims $113,000
Two Honolulu lawyers, acting on behalf of a Honolulu corporation, Messrs G. L. T. Keer and D. G. Comklin, have filed a writ in the Supreme Court at Christchurch seeking various sums totalling $113,000 from Kevin F’ancis Meates, a company director, of Christchurch, as first defendant, and Torro International (N Z ), Ltd, a toy manufacturer, of Christchurch. The writ will be defended.
