Two more T.T.U. games postponed
Trans Tours United, which suffered badly from a disrupted Rothmans Soccer League programme last season, seems destined to suffer the same fate this year.
Already two of its matches have been postponed and as a result of a clash of dates with the England touring team’s matches, two further games have been set back. United was due to play Blockhouse Bay at English
Park on Saturday but, naturally enough, it has preferred to give its players the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play the England team.
Its match on June 10 against Courier Rangers in Auckland has also been postponed. Other matches postponed are. — Columbus Waterside v. Eastern Suburbs (June 10), and Woolston W.M.C. v. Mount Wellington and Blockhouse Bay v. North Shore (both June 11).
