Pakistan goes on run spree
NZPA-Reuter Canterbury The Pakistani cricketers responded to a change in the English weather by scoring 420 for the loss of seven wickets on the opening day of their three-day match against Kent yesterday. The opening batsman, Sadiq Mohammad, led the way by scoring 161 in five hours with 20 fours and there were half-centuries from Alat Ali, Javed Miandad and Wasim Raja.
