Good year for Teltherm
PA Auckland Teltherm Industries, Ltd. plans to raise its dividend: rate, and make a one-for-tenj bonus issue after a 41.3 perj cent profit increase in the! jyear to March 31. I The unaudited profit, aided by 10 months trading by Pressure Diecasters (1977), Ltd, rose $117,627 to $402,498. A steady final dividend of 9 per cent is payable on capital after the proposed bonus, after a rise of 1 per cent in the interim dividend to 8 per cent. The proposed annual rate of 17 per cent (17c a share) equals 17.9 per cent on prebonus capital. I Tax requirement for the | year increased $25,649 net to I $245,675. Sales increased 30 per ■ I cent.
