J. —ln 150 words, welcome. S.M.L.—Not relevant to the present discussion. F. Hardly helpful on the particular point made. K. anti C.B.—Subject has been thoroughly aired recently. E.S.—Perhaps; but; you cannot force people to eat in such places. J.J.D. —The subject arose long before the other incident you mention. G. Thank you. Fortunately, most have now grasped the meaning of the change. P S.—Your sympathy understood; in this instance the person claimed to be on public business. L. Thank you; but the essence of the subject is in the heading, not a point already well aired. A.W.E.—A plan you might suggest to the council, but its merits depend, in part, on the amount of cash needed, the ability to service a loan, before development, and the expected return in the long run.
