There will be considerable scope for initiative and advancement. , Duties will include normal administration associated with the position of Company Secretary as well as control of the accounting functions with the aid of competent staff. This will involve all aspects of financial management. A substantial salary will be paid which will recognise the responsibilities of the position and the experience and qualifications required.
