The Manchester Street offices, used initially by the organisers of the 1975 New Zealand Games, were chosen about two years ago for Mr Barrett’s snorts associations. The fire destroyed the financial records of the basketball federation, four cartons of basketball rule books, and five scrapbooks about the 1974 Commonwealth Games.
