I Silver Linet accompanied Rcvu I stan over 1200 m in Imin 14.5 sec. the last 600 m in .T7.ssec Kc\ Man blew aft**r the gallop and will be improved. That’s Dandy went 1200 in I min 14.2-sec. lie was joined bv Good Measure for the last 800 in 49ser* and the final 600 in 37.25ee Th.*»t’s Dat’d v may not <t»ri on Saturday because of his wide draw.
Chouana took 48sec for 800 m, winding up over the last 600 tu record 35.55ec. Orchidra was travelling better than Legal Command over 1400 m in Imin 3l.3sec. the last I*2oo in Imin 17.7 sec and the final 600 in 37.8 sec. Orchidra missed a little work with a bruised foot after Ellerslie, but has worked freely this week. Harp, Gold Mega and Persian Ark went 1400 m in Imin 29.8 sec, the last 1200 in Imin I7.Bsec and the final 600 in 39.8 sec. Harp was travelling well but could improve further with Saturday's Awapuni Gold Cup run. Liberation and Spring Mist ran froth the 1200 m in Imin I6.2scc. Master Token, an impressive ’’inner at Waverley on WMnes day. is expected to start in the Luckuoud Handicap.
