a.m. to 9 p.m. until Friday. The president of the clubs' women’s si<»comnyttee (Mrs W. W. Nicholls) said yesterday that the combined strengths of Christchurch’s 29 garden clubs created a more spectacular show than did a competitive spirit. “When we all pull together ,we really get something out of the ordinary.” she said. The clubs worked at their exhibits all Monday and a large part of yesterday morning.
