PA Auckland [ The managing director of j Marac Holdings Ltd (Mr J. I D. Rose) has told the Auck-l land Stock Exchange that! Marac,is not involved in the take-over bid by Orion Ser-i I vices, Ltd, for the Selby (Shoe Company, Ltd. I Mr Rose said that Marac , had no connection with [ either party. Orion Services I was only a private interest of Mr B. Halliwell, who is !employed as general manager iof AGH Developments, Ltd, [ a subsidiary of Marac Holdrings.
