BP buys M.S.I. firm

BP New Zealand, Ltd, has bought a 50 per cent holding in an MSI Corporation subsidiary, the Onehunga firm Dominion Oil Refining Company, Ltd. BT failed to buy Dominion Oil in 1972, when MSI bought the company for an undisclosed sum. BP has also paid an undisclosed sum for half of the 27,000 shares.
