Caravans held up
Forty-four overseas tourists travelling through New Zealand in a caravan cavalcade due to arrive in Christchurch today were stranded in Wellington yesterday.
The tourists are members of the International Caravaning Association. There are members from England, Scotland, the United States and South Africa in the party. They were due to have left Wellington on the 10 a.m. ferry to Picton yesterday.
