PA Auckland Four firemen and a pharmacist were taken to Middlemore Hospital for examination after a chlorine fire at a pharmacy in Papatoetoe. f A fire brigade official said ithat the pharmacist was! t i mixing a chlorine solution for i swimming pools at the back . of his shop when the soluj tion “went off with a bang.” B He said that there was j little damage to the shop and . that the firemen and pharmacist were taken to hospital - for observation after inhal- - ing chlorine fumes. y The firemen were treated j and discharged but the pharmacist was admitted.
