Mr D. A. Watkins, who will retire from the management of Ivon Wat-kins-Dow, Limited, at the encl of February. Mr Watkins founded the company more than 30 years ago, and he will continue as chairman of the board and executive committee. He will also head three new sub - committees being established by the directors to monitor specific activities on behalf of shareholders. After his retirement as full-time executive with the company, Mr Watkins will commence practice in New Plymouth as a business consultant, initially offering export and marketing services to industry.
