He should have had practical experience in statistical methods and systems, preferably in the socio-economic fields, and he should have the capability of setting up technical data collection procedures and of undertaking detailed mathematical analysis and survey sampling. He should have some knowledge of EDP systems and methods. This is a new field which has opened up under the Accident Compensation Scheme and will give wide opportunities to a person with a high degree of statistical or mathematical expertise and who is an innovative thinker.
