The Graduate Diploma is a one year programme that combines both theoretical and practical work and is designed to provide a sound academic preparation for Graduates planning curatorial careers in Cultural Museums. It will be of particular interest to young curators already in Museum posts, special arrangements may be possible for the Diploma requirements to be completed in part at their own Museums. The Graduate Diploma will also provide a sound preparation for materia! culture research work and will seek to encourage fresh approaches in this neglected feld It will therefore be of interest too to those intending to wort for higher Degrees in this subject. Entry requirements BA or BA Honours or equivalent qualifications. App'ications are invitee both from within Australia and from overseas.
