Remand on 18 charges
Greymouth reporter David Water Reeve, unemployed, of no fixed abode, was remanded in custody to appear in the Magistrate’s Court at Christchurch tomorrow when he appeared before Mr D. H. Copeland, J.P., in the Magistrate’s Court at Greymouth yesterday on 18 charges. All of the charges were for offences alleged to have been committed in the North Island. With the exception of one charge of receiving, one of theft, one of credit |by fraud, and one of ati tempted false pretence, ail iwere false pretence charges.
