House burgled in daylight
Property worth $B7l was stolen in the daylight burglary of a house in Ferry Road. Thieves forced a door of the house and stole rings, a transistor radio, women’s coats, and several household items. The Christchurch C.LB. is also investigating a burglary of the Redwood Primary School, in which two radio cassette players, worth a total of $251, were stolen.
