Listening to entries
The production crew of TVls further series of “The Entertainers” is busy listening to all entries on tape to come up with a short list. The successful entrants will be invited to attend one of the “live” audition sessions which start on October 31, and are being held in Wellington, Palmerston North, Napier, Rotorua, Dunedin and Christchurch. The producer, Mark Westmoreland, has to whittle down hundreds of entries to 54 in the “Entertainers” section and 24 in the “new songs” section. Prizes for both sections are $lOOO, $5OO and $250 for first, second and third.
