i Mosgiel, Ltd, is to make a one-for-five non-renounceable 'specified preference issue at (par (100 c for $700,000, with over-subscriptions up to The shares will convert to ordinary shares on October 31, 1983, or April 30 and October 31 of each year thereafter, up to October 31, 1987. The shares carry a dividend rate of 13 per cent. Mr Cook buys Frames The Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Company, Ltd, has acquired the assets and business of Frames Carrying Company, Ltd, of Pleasant Point, South Canterbury. The consideration is for cash. In the immediate future the business will trade under its own name and management [as part of the Mount Cook Freightlines division of the 'group.
