Hockey champion beats Canterbun

PA Masterton Hawke’s Bay will be hard to part from women’s hockey’s K Cup. The seasoned Hawke’s Bav side indicated this at Masterton jesterday at the national tournament when it showed cupwinning quality against an enthusiastic Canterbury team. Canterbury led, 1-0, at half time, but Hawke’s Bay came back to win, 2-1. The Bay has been holder —or joint-holder—of the K Cup for eight of the last nine years R.
