Special correspondent Invercargill. Timely Score showed his readiness for the New Brighton Stakes on Saturday when he impressively won the free-for-all event at the Wyndham organised work-outs on Sunday. Tlie Timely Knight colt, which has pleused trainer, Derek Dynes, in liis latest preparation, led all the way and did not have to be pushed to narrowly account for the older pacers. Mighty Smooth, bight Hurricane and Sole Chance. Timely Score was pacing well within himself at the end of 24430 m In a relatively easy 3min 19.4 sec, th© last 800 m in Imin 3.2 sec.
