Forty’ Carat looks to have done well since winning at the Rangitikei Hunt Club’s meeting last month. She was impressive in training at Awapuni yesterday morning in preparation for the York Farm Handicap at Marton on Saturday. On the plough, Forty Carat, and Lord Mayor went fast early then eased to complete 1000 m in Imin 3sec, the last 600 m in 40sec.
