All-seafood restaurant
PA Wellington A dispensation for an all-seafood licensed restaurant was granted yesterday by the Licensing Control Commission. The Auckland restaurant, known as Pelorus Jack, served only seafood and shellfish dishes with an emphasis on native New Zealand seafoods, said its manager (Mr R. J. Lewis). The commission’s minimum standards usually require meat and poultry dishes in addition to fish.
