to be collected from distribution points at works depots. By Monday, 711 vouchers had been redeemed. The scheme will cost $37,500. A works and traffic committee report yesterday said that it would cost $98,500 to distribute bags to each commercial tenant in the city, instead of only to the ratepayers.
