$56,500 for Waiau farm
A Waiau farm has been sold at auction for $56,500. The Government valuation of the 55.6746 ha of Crown leasehold land is $32,109.
The property, two miles north of the Waiau township, includes a threebedroom house.
Mr G. Robertson, of Wrightson N.M.A., Ltd, was the auctioneer.
