NZPA Hayward, Wisconsin Judy Scheer of the United States and the Canadian Phil Scott successfully defended their log-rolling titles at the lumberjack world championships that ended in this Wisconsin town yesterday the Associated Press reported. The over-all lumberjack title went to a Canadian Ron Hartill, for the fourth consecutive time. He teamed with Merv Jensen of New Plymouth, New Zealand, to set a world record of 10.04 seconds for two men to saw through a 20 inch log.
