N.Z. girl killed

NZPA Canberra A New Zealand girl has been killed in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia while working with an Australian Government health team. She was Patricia O’Shaughnessy, formerly of Wellington, who died on June 22 when a vehicle over-

turned near Hall’s Creek. Miss O’Shaughnessy was a member of a field team working with the national trachoma and eye health programme. Miss O’Shaughnessy was employed by the Royal Australian College of Ophthalmologists, who were undertaking the eye programme with funds provided by the Government.
