Duties cover the supervision of preparation and curing of all concrete works, concrete block manufacture, brick and block construction works together with scheduling concrete, sand and crushed aggregate supplies. Also responsible for the maintenance of fire brick lined drying and calcination equipment. He will be responsible for up to 40 men including tradesmen carpenters and concretors, drivers, skilled and unskilled workers. THE MAN; .
