Hospital depts to move
The first stage of moving Christchurch Hospital departments into the new Stage 1. Clinical Services block will begin this month. The pharmacy department will move on July 25. but the St Andrews outpatient department pharmacy will continue to work as at present. On August 1, the orthopaedic department will move, with the exception of the orthopaedic ward which will remain in its present position. The departments of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy will move to their new quarters on August 8. Entrance to the departments in the new Clinical Services block will be in the usual way via the main entrance of Christchurch Hospital. Directional signs will be put from there to the new areas and these will be updated as each new department moves in.
