Men remanded on explosives charge
Three men appeared on] charges of unlawfully pos--sessihg 135 sticks of gelig-i nite between June 12 - 14, in; the Magistrate’s Court J yesterday. No pleas were taken and all three were remanded on; bail to June 21 by Mr J. S. I’Bisphan. S.M. The police did' not oppose bail.
The three are all of the ; same Christchurch address. 'They are: Rodney John ; Caffin, aged 28; William Robert Olsen, ged 17: Brian Robert Stewart, aged 19. Le- aid was granted to Olsen and Stewart. Olsen will appear in the 'Magist te’s Court today on a charge of forgery.
