MIXED MARKET DRIFTS DOWN
The New Zealand sharemarket weakened in mixed an quiet ordinary trading yesterday. Total turnover was raised by a special sale of Gear Meat shares at 165 c, 15c above the price on the trading floor. Building, pastoral, insurance, retail, and engineering companies were mixed.
