FEEDING OUT BIG BALES
The feeding out of big hay bales is to be the subject of a field afternoon in the Mayfield district next Thursday beginning at 1.30 p.m. The afternoon will begin on the property of Mr D. T. Howden. which is on the Mayfield-Vaietta road within about 3km or two miles of Mayfield. Mr Howden will be showing his home-designed feeding system. The field day party will then move to Mr J. D. Ballantyne’s property, where two systems will be seen, with feeding out also being done on both the flat and hill.
