The object of the propot'd by-law is to repeal the scale of charges for the Ellesmere and the Hororata-Snowdon Water Race Districts as previously in force and to fix a new scale of charges as follows: A charge of Seventy Cents per hectare or part of each; hectare, but with a minimum’ charge of $5.
