A hanging matter, say locals
An effigy of a man, hanging from a gibbet, has been put up outside the entrance to the W’aipara commune of the Full Gospel Mission. It was put there late last evening, in protest against the presence of the sect near the township. “We just hone this will make them realise how we feel,” said one local resident. “We didn’t mind them before, but things are different since the police found all those guns.”
