MANAGER MANAGEMENT UNIT WELLINGTON HOSPITAL WE WISH TO APPOINT a new Manager for the Management Unit, which was set up to assist the Hospital achieve greater utilisation of its resources. This is dene by undertaking projects in individual departments throughout the Hospital. The Manager is directly responsible to the three Directors of the Hospital and works closely with them in establishing priorities. As well as an ability to direct and manage four project co-ordinators and supporting staff, the Manager needs personal qualities which; will win the respect, confidence and cooperation of professional and administration staff. Personality is important. The Manager needs to be dynamic and enthusiastic. Applicants should have a background in industrial engineering or business administration in a large organisation and have had experience in managing staff.
