Dr Scott has been working in Auckland as a consulting economist, under contract to the Government and also working for private clients, on problems in the areas of project evaluation, transport, wages policy, energy, and regional planning. He was a consultant to the Rolleston Planning Group, and a member of the research group that recently published “Energy Scenarios for New Zealand.”
