Gold price declines I Gold closed at SU.S. 146.45'. an ounce, a fall of 90c, at the' end of a quiet trading session on the London market on Monday. Dealers said trading was relatively light, and the metal’s value was depressed by a decline in silver and copper prices. Mr P. Rudkin has been appointed deputy managing director of Lane Walker Rudkin Industries, Ltd. Mr Rudkin, who was appointed to the board of directors in 1974, is, at present, group development manager.
