PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953 PROPOSED CHANGER UNDER SECTION 29 TO THE DISTRICT SCHEME (PAPARUA SECTION) WHICH BECAME OPERATIVE ON AUGUST 1, 1974. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Paparua County Council on the 7th day of March. 1977, the Council has resolved to initiate a change to the Operative District Scheme under Section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act. 1953. CHANGE NO. 12 — Introduction of a special Industrial Zone (Industrial Al) at Prebbleton in place of the existing Industrial B and C Zones and part of the Commercial A Zone. The land affected lies between Springs Road and the Hornby-Prebbleton railway line, south of the Residential Zone and north of Tosswill Road. ALL OWNERS OF PROPERTIES AND OTHER PERSONS AND BODIES CONSIDERED BY THE COUNCIL TO BE MATERIALLY AFFECTED WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY NOTIFIED BY POST. Details of the change have been deposited at the office of the Council. 149 Main South Road, in accordance with Section 30A (4) (a) (ii) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1953, and shall he open for inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public. Objections to the change or to any part thereof shall be in writing on Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960. and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4 p.m. on Friday. May 6, 1977. At a later date every objection will be open to public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
