Retailers’ president
Mr C. O. Gibbs was elected president of the Retailers’ Federation on the last day of its annual conference in Nelson. Mr Gibbs, who is the managing director of J. Hazelwood and Company, Ltd, an Upper Hutt retail store, has already served two years as vice-president of the’ federation. He is a past president of the Wellington Regional Retailer’s Association and is chairman of directors of Molesworth House. He is also chairman of directors of Capital City Radio, Ltd.
