Visit of Korean party
The South Korean Foreign Minister (Mr Tong Jin Park) and his party arrived in Christchurch by air from Sydney late yesterday afternoon. Mr Park and his party were to have flown to Rongotai by National Airways one hour after his arrival. But because Rongotai was closed by bad weather the Royal New Zealand Air Force V.I.P. Dakota flew the Korean party to Paraparaumu. Last evening Mr Park was the guest of honour at a dinner at Vogel House, the official residence of the Prime Minister I (Mr Muldoon).
