HEARING OF OBJECTIONS TO PROPOSED CHANGES NO. 3 AND 4 TO THE BOROUGH OF KAIAPOI DISTRICT SCHEME

THE Borough of Kaiapoi hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to proposed Changes Nos. 3 and 4 to the District Scheme will commence at the Council Chambers, High Street, Kaiapoi oa a date to be arranged, being not earlier than 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 13 April 1977 and will continue as there arranged from time to time and place to place until all objections and witnesses have been heard. In accordance with Section 25 (3) of the Act, all objectors will be given not less than 10 days written notice of the date and time of individual bearings.

AU persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objections shall, as required by Section 23 (2) of the Act, and Regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, notify both the Council and the objector concerned in writing on the Form G as set out in the E’irst Schedule of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, not later than 4 p.m. on Friday, I April, 1977.
