THE PERSON: We are seeking the services ol a first class computer operator, a sincere per son who is reliable, conscientious, and possesses a real enthusiasm for work within a E.D.P. environment. We need a man who can effectively communicate with new stall and give comprehensive instruction within the total concept of computer operating. THE JOB: We envisage that a trainee will work alo gside the senior operator at all times, and will receive on-the-job training during the normal course of rotating shift work. It is therefore important that applicants will have either had previous experience in training, or are confident that they have the ability to impart their knowledge and expertise to a trainee wffhin a definite training programme, covering a period of at least 6 minths. THE REQUIREMENTS: Our current equipment consists of an I.C.L. 1901 T in conjunction with magnetic tape and discs. It is essential that applicants will have had substantial experience in the 1900 range, and at least threefive years computer operating to their credit. THE REWARDS.
