NOTICE OF MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Ltd. will be held In the Theatrette on the Concourse Level of National Mutual Contra at 447 Collins Straet, Melbourne, on Thursday, March 10, 1977 at 12.00 noon for the following purposes: 1. To consider the accounts and balance sheet ond the reports of the directors, of the actuary ond of the auditors for the year ended September 30, 1976. 2. To elect three directors, namely: Mr Gerald Mansfield Niall and Mr Lewis Luxton, who retire in terms of the Articles of Association and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election; and Sir John Brian Massy-Greene, who, having been appointed a director since the last Annual General Meeting, retires in terms of the Articles of Association and, being eligible, offers himself for election. 3.
