PA Auckland Costs totalling $6BOO were, awarded to two former di rec-, ■.tors of JBL Consolidated by 'iMr T. G. Maxwell, S.M., in| the Otahuhu Magistrate’s : Court yesterday. In a reserved decision after I long submissions bv counsel ''in October last year, the Magistrate awarded $4400 to : Francis William Ralph and , $2400 to Eric Walter Thomp : son. Earlier last year both men faced charges of conspiracy to; defraud and fraudulently pro-; 1 moting. but they were dis-' ■charged at the end of an 18-j 'week'depositions hearing be-! ; fore Mr Maxwell in the Auck-j land Magistrate’s Court.
