PA Wanganui! A new national women's record \va : s shot at the New Zealand pistol shooting championships im Wanganui at the week-end. Mrs Lyuda Trowbridge, of Christchur*+i, broke the record of 529 poirfis by 11 marks. Shot for the first time on a new range, the championships attracted IMS entries from as far afield as Invercargill and W hangarci. The championships featured a new event—air rifles—but only two entries: were received.
