In announcing the arrangements two of the trustees, Mr W. M Cleland, a former general manager of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, and Mr G. N. Francis, chairman of Pyne, Gould, Guinness, Ltd, said that agents would have forms which farmers could sign and then hand, back to the firms so that the deductions indicated could be made from thei proceeds of the sales. j
