By-election on March 26
PA Auckland The by-election to elect a new member of Parliament for the Mangere electorate will be held on Saturday, March 26. The Clerk of Writs (Sir Patrick O’Dea) said last evening that he had issued the writ requiring the returning officer for the electorate to proceed with the election on that date. Nominations of candidates for the election close at noon on March 3.
